This week - Sussex Inlet RSL

This weekend sees Groove Temple at the Sussex Inlet RSL. Drummer Glen loves playing there, a great drum sound. The locals have always been good value and they usually manage to get up to some ridiculous antics. Ang on vocals reports that it's quite difficult to sing when laughing. We're looking forward to another good night. The restaurant does their famous Asian Laksa soup. Should be good.

ANZAC Weekend

Groove Temple reports a successful ANZAC weekend. Narooma lived up to all expectations and the foundations were well shaken. No prisoners taken. Monday was ANZAC Day and the coastal town of Culburra was transformed. The well appointed Culburra Bowling club was packed with raging two-up playing, ex servo's and servicemen. A great party all round, nobody we know lost their shirt and the auditorium saw plenty of eager dancers.

Culburra Bowling & Recreation Club ANZAC Day

Groove Temple will be playing at the Culburra Bowling & Recreation Club on ANZAC Day from 3PM to 7PM. There may also be a few games of two-up conducted during the breaks (hopefully the guys will leave with the shirts on their backs).

The week that was, is and will be

The weekend of 8th & 9th April saw Groove Temple at Shoalhaven Heads,
enjoying the local ambience of a relaxed coastal resort town and sampling
the local foods, which were excellent. Some people danced 'til they dropped,
or fell over, whichever comes first.

The following weekend 15th and 16th April is a "bye" and Groove Temple
deserves a break, especially after the party attended on Sunday 10 Apr, to
honour the passing of another year for Doctor K. The boys haven't had a
break since 2004.

On Saturday the 23rd the boys will be in the beautiful sleepy town of Narooma on the NSW South Coast. Always good fun. The locals can be very entertaining. They don't need much encouragement.

Shoalhaven Heads Bowling Club Saturday 9th

This weekend will see Groove Temple at the Shoalhaven Heads Bowling Club auditorium. Their last visit was a bit wild and the boys are looking forward to a big night

Sunday Morning

The weekend gone saw Groove Temple gracing the Riverina region with their presence and the long drive back on Sunday morning was accompanied by a hangover for more than 50% of the band. Do the math.
