Grilled Fish with Prawn Sauce

Groove Temple played at the Sussex Inlet Tavern on Saturday 2nd September. Whilst the locals were scarce on the night, the restaurant aromas were ubiquitous and GT would like to pass tribute onto the chef at the venue. The grilled fish fillet with prawn sauce is a “must have” from the Tavern’s menu. The chef is obviously a man who takes his work very seriously.

GT play Husky pub on Friday 8th September and look forward to some more good food and hopefully a healthy crowd of eager groovesters. See you there.
